affirmation #2

meditation is the ultimate place of learning. it's not a cop-out to do nothing.
thats exactly the point. when you meditate you are simply allowing yourself to be.
suspended in peace, you just exist. you are thought-less. weight-less. perfect.
concentration takes you deeper. you are being pulled within for a reason.
you are reminded of who you really are, beneath the persona you present to the world.
lose your mind and find yourself.
&
the way in is the only way out
perception is your front-line tool in managing the internal and external environment.
when you train yourself to perceive everything around you and inside you, even the most tiny of details, you'll start to see how these elements add up to a far greater whole.
and rather than being caught up in distractions and noise you'll become aware of the many subtle layers of being alive.
